"I love Entirely Pets. My female Doberman has Wobbler's and I can find most of the Antioxidants, Pain Meds, and Cardiovascular medications that my Vet has her on, on their site.
I always get my order promptly and accurately. Thanks to the free samples they include, I was able to try a product "Composure" and it helped her to relax on her many visits to the doctor. She is a very nervous 8 year old girl!!

"Prices are very competitive compared to other pet supply sites. I would purchase again but I have a few complaints. One: I ordered on Cyber Monday 11/26. My order didn't ship until Tuesday Dec. 4. That's quite some time to wait between ordering and shipping. Two: Let people know an item isn't in stock before we are on the final page of check out. The Entirely Pets order form would not let me add an item at that point. Why not? (I ordered two dog bowls, the red color was not available but I could not add "2" to the remaining bowl in my shopping cart. I had to exit and start all over again. A huge waste of my time.) Three: Bully/pizzle sticks were loose in the box. They were greasy and consequently everything else inside the box got greasy, too. I can't recycle the box because it is saturated with animal fat on the bottom. The bully/pizzle sticks should be wrapped in butcher's paper or wax paper at a minimum."

"I returned the product, in fact an postal service employee took it back with my permission, on the same day it was delivered here. Postal supervisor has followed up on when the package was delivered back t you. I have yet to receive my refund. I have called and I was spoken to very rudely, by one of your employees. I wasnt my $27.00 or I will contact my attorney. i will NEVER do any business with you EVER again.

"I order Zentinol Plus 200 for my dog. I order a 3 month supply each time. I've used Entirely Pets twice now. I'm very pleased with the prices and the quick delivery of my orders. I save $15 a month compared to what my vet was charging me for the same product. Also, since they didn't keep it in stock there was always a delay between the time I'ld call for refill and when I could pick it up. With Entirely Pets; I control the inventory and my dog is never without her supplements."

"i found customer service unhelpful. they were very slow in responding to emails. the questions i asked were not answered and i had to ask several times. i ended up saying i would put the purchase into dispute if they did not reply to my emails. i did then get a reply. "
