"Dear Entirely Pets,
I had ordered 1 Laser Chase and 2 Laser Chase ll's and a dog collar, I called the next business day and asked to change it to 4 laser chase's and cancel the laser chase ll's and still keep the dog collar. Your Rep. Michael said he would try to get it changed and email me that night. I never got an email. The next day I called to find out what was going on and your Rep. Mark said that Michael was still working on my order and not to worry, he would get it straightened out and email me that night. Well I only received an email from you that night saying that my order was shipped the original way. No changes were made. When I received the order and tried the Laser Chase ll's they came apart, they were cheaply made and we were very disappointed, it is not worth the money to send them back and exchange them. We will just have to do without. The short time we used them (one day) the dog loved it. I can not afford to order more I am on disability for life. We are so sad they did not work out.
