"Not good. When I placed my order, I intentionally did not order items flagged as "backordered." Then when I received my order confirmation e-mail, I learn that the entire order is being held due to one backordered item (still not flagged as "backordered" on the website). I initiated an online chat to inquire, received a "one moment please" response from Joey, waited five or ten minutes, sent an "are you there" message, waited several more minutes, and finally ended the session without ever chatting with anyone. Today, I sent an e-mail to inquire and still haven't received a response. I may never order from them again."
