"Have not yet received order. It appears they used DHL to ship this package, which explains why I don't have it yet. DHL has a history of HORRIBLE service in the DC area. In the past, DHL was not used and my orders arrived quickly. Not this time. (Note: I have ordered from Entirely Pets MANY TIMES over the last several years with no problem. I am sure using DHL created this problem, and recommend DHL NOT be used -- at least not in the DC area.)"
