"I ordered muzzles off of amazon, seller is entirely pets. My order would've been fine but they sent the wrong size of one muzzle and the other one didn't fit (which is why I had ordered a couple of sizes). I went through amazon to do a return and entirely pets sent me an email that I needed to call to get a return authorization #. Did that, returned to sender with that info on there and inside the package (since I returned to sender I don't have a confirmation shipping number). Checked on my return this week since it was back in July and they are saying they never received it so I can't get a refund unless I have a shipping confirmation... After reading these reviews obviously its a bunch of BS! They knew they could get me because I had returned to sender! If you return anything to them, make sure to get a receipt on delivery and have all your information so you can fight them on it!"
"This place is so SHADY. They advertise a Low Price Guarantee, but they give you a run around to dissuade you from pursuing it. I found a website, Supplementwarehouse.com, that sells Zuke's z-filet beef for $2.55 and asked Entirely Pets to match their price. Entirely pets sells it for $5.19.
The first person I chatted with (Joey) closed the box without warning. The 2nd guy I chatted with (Aaron) told me to call their 800 number (1.***-***-****) and so I did. When I told the representative on the phone about my finding another online store that sells Zuke's for less, he hung up on me. I called again and this time told the guy that if they don't do price match, just be upfront about it instead of hanging up or closing the chatbox. This guy apologized and tried to help, but said that Supplementwarehouse.com is a wholesale store and will only do a price match if I buy $500 worth of that Zuke's products. Fair enough. So I found another online store, Probioticsmart.com, that sells Zuke's z-filet (venison flavor this time) for $2.99. It wasn't a wholesale store this time. So I contacted Entirely Pets again and gave them the information. Their reason for not matching the price is because it's one of their list of retailers that they don't do a price match with. I asked why? The rep just repeated what she said. However, here is what is written on their website:

No mention about list of stores or anything. Probioticsmart.com is US store. I told her that her company is false advertising and she responded, oh we do price match just not with certain stores. Haha! You mean, your phantom list of stores. Anyway, go buy elsewhere unless you want to be entertained by their stupidity."
"Ordered some products and paid extra for 2-3 day business shipping and the order still has not been received 13 days later. I called to inquire multiple times only to find out the order did not even ship until two days after my order. They say the package is too large but they have no problem charging my card for the shipping charges and not notifying me. Customer service is terrible. They would not even put a manager on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do. There are too many other places to buy everything Entirely Pets sells so I will not be doing business with them again."
