"I have used this company before. Good prices. However, if one can't get an order in a reasonable time period, that doesn't matter. So currently I can't access my order details on their website due to some error on their part. I can't reach customer service as if one chooses to wait on the line a message repeats itself every 20 seconds that you can get a call back or wait on the line. Waiting got me nowhere. Very frustrating. I only gave two stars as I had better experience in the past. Not quick ever, but not this slow."
"I received an entirely different brand of the supplement than I had ordered. I was never given notice that the item I ordered was being "faded out". That was the explanation I was given when I called customer service. There was no explanation included with the item either. I told the customer service rep that had I known the item would be substituted I would have purchased it from as different site as it was less money with no shipping charges. The difference would have been about $11 or $12. I was told that I could get a $5 credit on my next order as long as I placed it with the person I was speaking with. Really? That's not going to happen."

"We placed order on Tuesday with the highest express shipping , our vets confirmed all prescriptions on Wednesday. I called this company on Thursday- after waiting on hold, a very uncustomer- friendly person told me that the soonest my pets medication would be sent in Monday and no guarantee it would be sent overnight- it could arrive on Wednesday at the soonest! First- don’t be ripped off on their pretend express shipping. Second- please order only if you don’t care when your pets medication arrives. Awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"This company is the most frustrating online and phone ordering experience I have ever had in my life. They are slow. I ordered from them in April and I tried to follow up 2 weeks later and no one ever answered the phone. I emailed without any response. Then all of a sudden a week later the meds shipped out.
I made the mistake of trying again to order in June. A week goes by and I get an email asking for my vet to respond to them. I called my vet. They never got a fax order from Entirely Pets. After several phone calls with extreme wait times for me and my vet we got half of my order processed. I called about the other half and it is the same run around all over again. My vet says they faxed the approval and Entirely Pets says they did not get it. I call my vet over and over and call Entirely Pets over and over and over. It’s not worth the aggravation and my vet is ****. This will likely cause my vet to refuse to handle mail orders. This is a shame because Pet Meds always does a good job and dispenses meds properly with the correct pet name on the meds. I have 3 dogs and Entirely Pets even screwed they names up and caused a lot of confusion for my vet office. I had to send copies of receipts for all my pet med orders for the whole year of 2020 and 2019 to help get this straight. And now here we are AGAIN with the SAME order trying to understand why Entirely Pets didn’t get the fax my vet personally called me to let me know exactly when it was sent. I give up! Their prices are good but the service is so lousy it is not worth it to deal with them. RUN. RUN FAST and don’t look back. If you order your will regret it. "
"This has got to be one of the worse on-line companies I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order and before it arrived, our dog passed away. I attempted to cancel it with no luck, it already shipped. I contacted customer service and asked to send back the order. They said I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing! Called in again and was told the same thing, I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing came. I called in a third time and the representative promised he would get me the label within the hour. FIVE hours of calls and being on hold and several e-mails which were never answered and I FINALLY got the label. The USPS tracking number shows the package was received by them on May 24th. A month later and still no credit has been issued. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, another hour of phone calls. Use Chewy.com. They not only credited my order, they also sent a sympathy card for our loss. EntirelyPets.com doesn’t care about you or your pet!"
"Worst company ever! Do not order from this company and maybe they'll do everyone a favor and go out of business. After almost 2 months, I finally received a product my dog needed for IBD. Initially, there was no communication, they took no action on the order for ~5 weeks after I repeatedly contacted them with no one competent enough to even be able to give me a status of the order. Then, they tried to say they were waiting on a prescription - which was a lie. They had a prescription from before on file ... obviously, one pharmacist must have found it and acknowledged it .. then, the item was on backorder with no idea of it's estimated arrival time .. anyway, two months later ... they then, tried to bill me TWICE!! They are full of incompetence all around! Folks - do not support this company - they aren't worth it! When I called Customer Service again about being billed twice .. they said they would forward me over to accounting and they HUNG UP ON ME! When I got her back on the phone, she said they don't take calls ... yes, their Customer Service even ****!"
