I purchased breveto for my boxer dog, the same flea medicine I have used the entire 8 years she's been alive and never had an issue. This is the 1st time I've bought it from this company and it was worthless. I don't know if it was even a product or if it was a placebo, that's how badly it performed. After hours of trying to reach this company I finally do and I'm told tough luck. They tell me contact Merck because they won't honor their product. I can't imagine a company this size being more concerned with the 50 bucks they made off of me then about a customer's satisfaction! I have used many other pharmaceutical companies for many products over thre 30 years ive been a pet owner and they always backup their products. I am now out the purchase price of the medication and I'm going to have to invest in Star and who knows what else to clear the flees out of the house. I have never in all the years I've owned a pet had something like this happened.
I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you look elsewhere as well"

"I've shopped at EntirelyPets a few times over the years, without major issues. However! I recently placed an order (very simple, one small item) and there now seem to be MAJOR problems going on with this business. (Many other recent reviews confirm.) One MONTH later: Order is still "pending". No information provided, no idea what the delay is (via website, email, etc). Worst of all: NO WAY TO CANCEL! Emails to customer support are completely unanswered, probably not even being read. Order may be fulfilled at any future date, basically "whenever they get around to it"! Phone support is not available (maybe you'll have more luck if you can stay on hold for a few hours). This is fantastic way to very quickly ruin a business! Please AVOID EntirelyPets until they communicate what is going on. Any reputable business would simply communicate the problems with customers (stock, delays, etc), allow order cancellations online, or shut down the site while they figure out how to manage the situation. Bonus: They also pay a shady "reputation management" company (ShopperApproved, hides poor reviews, possibly fabricates) to make their business seem highly-rated."
"I'm grateful that Entirely Pets had the treats I wanted, and the only ones my kitty likes. However, there was a delay in shipping them to me. The invoice in the box stated they were shipped 16 April 2020, with a 4--8 day ground travel. Today is 29 April 2020, and they just arrived. I understand that Coronvirus may have cause a delay, but this is a first. The other company, though they no longer carry this brand of treat, get my orders to me in two days. So...???"

After calling FIVE times and sitting on hold FOREVER, I finally spoke to someone who could care less about me, my elderly dogs who are a constant pain and the order that was 'lost' in the Covis shuffle. "I ordered from them twice. The first time, they accepted my prescription order, but never updated their website with status. I needed the product badly, so I called and after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, finally reached someone who did confirm my order had shipped. Multiple calls preceded the one that finally went through. Eventually got the product, late, but at least I got it. I reordered the lactated ringers on 4/1. The order showed pending on their website. I also saw a pending charge on my CC. After not getting it for 10 days, I called. I am physically about 20 miles from their facility. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes (after multiple calls in that went nowhere), I was told the product was back-ordered with no known ship date. They had known that for days. No call, no email, no status change online. TERRIBLE communication. Now I need to scramble to get the products for my sick dog. I am not at all a happy camper. One star since I don't need this hassle. Yeah, the virus is affecting everything but DON'T TAKE THE ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL THEM. Not rocket science."
"Afte16 days, over 10 calls and over 10 hours of my time. After the company got my vet office so upset after 8 faxes back and forth and still no order shipped, I canceled my order. Called 1800 petmeds yesturday, and my order is already on its way and will be here in 2 more days. Entirely pets is the worse company I've ever dealt with. On one call a representative named Peter was awful. Had me in tears, did not care that my pets meds were lifesaving drugs. Very cruel, hurtful, no good customer service procedures at all. Never again. Save your time, energy and sanity and don't waste your time with Entirely pets. I know now why they are not on the top ten list for pet pharmacies. My $150.00 order was around 8.00 more at 1800 petmeds,but not only will my pet have his meds he so desperately needs but I also have my sanity back! Entirely pets ****"
