"The WORST online business I have ever done business with. Watch your credit card statements! Repeatedly did not keep their word. I ordered brushes and there was no back ordered or out of stock notice. Received no emails, nothing. Unusual but thought all was well. The order had been placed and fortunately I take screen shots of all orders. I saw a Pending Charge for same on my credit card account activity a couple of days later. I called, asked for a tracking number and was told they would not actually charge me until shipped. Sounded good. Days later, still no emails received, so after nine days called because I saw my credit card HAD been charged, not pending any more but charged! So I asked the status of my order, and for a tracking number. Was told he would call me back in five minutes. After an hour and a half, I called back, and was told they did not have the items in stock. I said Cancel, it is already past the shipping date I had paid for. Was told they would cancel it and the credit would appear on my card within 48 hours. I asked again to make sure. Okay. Yesterday I receive my first email from them saying they were back ordered, and thanking me for my order of yesterday(huh? there was no order of yesterday, I had no contact with them) and I would receive them when they were again available. And of course, no credit to my card as they had said they would do. Unbelievable. Is this some kind of new business model? Just dealing with these people has wasted well over an hour of my time and I needed these items for our animal shelter. ADDENDUM: But wait, there is more. This afternoon, I get a second email thanking me for my order of today! Since I asked them to cancel the original order after all that time, I have had no contact of any kind with this company, only with my credit card company. So now they have fabricated two more orders on top of my initial one. And for out of stock merchandise. Beware. Perhaps this will get even worse! If so, I will relate it here. "
