EP's 92prices have been the lowest that I have found which is very important to me since I am caring for ten formerly homeless cats that have adopted me. "Order placed on 6/3. One item is backordered. I did not receive notification that the item was on backorder. Nor did you tell me that the remaining items in my order were being held due to backorder.
Backorder doesn't even have a date on potential fill. You just took the order and hung it up! Now I have to cancel the order and reorder elsewhere since I need one of the items.
