"This was my first time buying an Eonon product. I was referred to by a friend to buy this product. The website was easy to navigate and pick the radio I wanted. The shipping was a bit of a problem. My product was lost. I sent an email about the package not being delivered. Eonon looked into it and rectified the problem by shipping a new radio as the shipping company lost it. In addition I was given a 10% refund. I’m happy to say that I have received my radio and it was installed and it’s working wonderfully and I’m very happy with my product. "I purchased the Q65Pro kit for my BMW E92. The quality of the unit and packaging was of high quality. I like how they made it plug & play so almost any DIYer can install it themselves. I did have a minor issue which was actually due to my own error. This is where the customer support shined. I reached out by email explaining my problem, thinking maybe there was something wrong with the unit and was provided with suggestions with checking the some connections. I went to remove the head unit to look over my work and it was clear that I missed a connection that prevented me from using the SWC and onboard heated seats control. As soon as I plugged it in, everything was working as expected. For the price and the quality you receive, I would not hesitate to recommend this to someone else. Thanks Evelyn for your support. "
