"I ordered a unit and a back up camera and there was a promotion for a free backup camera that I was unaware of and at check out I didn’t realize it. Customer service contacted me and asked if I really wanted two cameras since one was free which I only needed one. The reimbursed the charge since one was free. It was great that they saw this and contacted me. Then upon delivery the package had been opened and or damaged in transit and the backup camera was missing. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement with no questions. This is amazing customer service that looks out for their customers. "
"I was on the fence about purchasing a new radio but I decided to take the chance based on a few reviews I saw online.
Firstly I have a 2011 Mazda Axela; the Japanese version of the Mazda 3. The look exactly the same on the outside but there are a few differences notably the radio wiring harness connector. It's plug and play if I had the USA Mazda 3 but unfortunately I had to cut the wires. I had figured out the main speakers and power wires but I had no reverse camera nor steering wheel controls. Customer service was extremely helpful in sending me the wiring diagram and It was clear and simple and within about a hour or so I was able to get my reverse camera and steering wheel controls working. I also had a issue with it not detecting my voice in android auto but that was also resolved with an update provided by Evelyn the customer service.
The audio quality is clear, radio works great Bluetooth connection is stable I have not had any random disruptions and it power up by the time the engine starts which is really cool.
At the end of it the unit works as advertised, no lag or any other problems. I would recommend to anyone looking a new unit. "

"I have 2 head units. One is the Q65E in my 2010 bmw . the other is a UA12S installed in my 2006 escalade. Both work great. Clear picture and wireless andriod auto is unbeatable. I have a pioneer 4500NEX in my 2010 sierra and it is poor compared to these despite being twice the price. Would trade it for a Eonon built in kit any day. Was able to retain steering wheel controls on bmw and with some effort and a kit I was able to get them working on my escalade as well. Had a few questions along the way and customer support has been very helpful and responsive. Basically had an answer to my email within 12hrs everytime. Well worth the money for a great upgrade from stock. Only complaint is the bmw kit makes it difficult to read temp settings as the unit hang over top of the heat display. Slight incomvience but something I think they could fix with minimal addition to their kits."

Had some small issue with the time synchronization, solved after followed the supports guide (it was a loose GPS connection).
Works as expected, there is no sound difference between OEM and Eonon, however user does need to spend some time to adjust the EQ to get the sound just right.
