"After making a purchase - I contacted Epic Sports (via their “Contact Us” link on their website) in order to let them know, that what I received, was definitely different from what they advertised it as being. When they finally responded after a couple days, they simply cited their Return Policy which was shown and available on their website .. that I could pay to have the product shipped back to them, and that they would then refund me my purchase price, minus a 20% Re-stocking Fee. I explained to them, that they had falsely advertised their product as being something that it was Not. I included pictures showing the differences between the product that they sold me, and the one that the company who makes the product sells as that product (using the same exact words, that Epic Sports had used in their product listing). I also included links to the product company’s website, showing the actual product, which Epic Sports had advertised their product as being. They were clearly, different products.

I tried multiple times, and ways, to contact Epic Sports to let them know that I would be happy to send their product back to them (in the exact same, unused, condition in which I had received it), but with that, that I should Not have to pay for the shipping, and then be charged a re-stocking fee .. once again, for a product that was clearly different than what they advertised it as being. Each time (where again, I typically had to wait a day or two to get a response from them) they would say, that I had received what I had paid for, and that the product came directly from the product company. And then, once again, point me to their Return Policy! That’s it!"
