"To be fair, a majority of the items I ordered were correct. Quality was iffy--but what do you expect for the cheapest stuff you can find. However, there was an item on which the sizeon the apparel piece was mislabeled. After attempting to reach a human to correct the problem, the automated system sent me to the online chat, which after many canned responses full of useless information, the chat sent me to a complaint form, which I filled out completely as asked, including appropriate pictures. The response I recieved the next day was a canned response that basically stated I ordered the wrong item...no, I did not. After 3 days of back and forth and much frustration, including as much as 3-4 hours of my time put into attempting to contact them, completing all their steps and the back and forth emails, I finally recieved a refund in the amount of $5.29. Yes, I realize that I probably should have dropped it and just written off the $5.29 but it became the principle. I will not use this company again. ALL of my other distributors have much better customer service and would never have gone to the lengths that this company did to get out of refunding or replacing ONE item! "

"Epic Sports offers great variety and pricing on all athletic items I have needed. Actually more than I've needed. I find such great deals on the clearance pages that I buy apparel or items for my sons entire teams (basketball, baseball & football). I like to have incentive rewards for the kids. With the prices I find, I get all sorts of items.

My only negative...I live in Southeast Alaska. Shipping is horrific here through Epic. I wind up shipping to a barge company in Seattle then have it shipped up here literally on the slow boat. Still worth the savings!!"
