"The boots ran small, even though I went half of a size up they still were just a bit to snug, which will cause me to have to reorder for some of the other team mates which really hurts and cuts into the team's budget. I wish there was someway we would receive a discount on the upcoming purchase of the new boots in the corrected size??? Is that an option Epic? "

"Great Quality products. However, their exchange process needs work. They don't really seem to do "Exchanges" yet have your return an Item and "Re-Order" your replacement. My issue was I ordered basketball kits (shorts and tops) I only needed size change on a few tops but the shorts were fine. When I returned the tops, they charged me / refunded me for a Broken kit because I didn't send back the shorts (that fit) as well as the top that needed a different size. Before I did my return I talked w/ a sales member on the phone so I could avoid anything like this. That didn't matter when I saw the reduced refund and chatted with a rep via Chat. Just a heads up.
