Some of the basketballs were a little lopsided, but for the cost we expected that to be the case. The kids enjoyed receiving their basketballs and I will definitely order another batch next summer."

"When I called and to inquire about missing item being replaced by wrong item. Not once did the customer service agent apologize. Just basically said not my job. This was after being on hold for 30 minutes with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. Then got to a rep and went back to the cue without speaking a word. For a grand total of 45 minutes when the call said the automated response said 15. I believe the reps name was Tony. No apology for hold time no apology for not being able to help me no apology for having to wait a week to get a replacement for something I paid expedited shipping for after it was sent wrong even though website says they have it in stock.
So I did say my f**** item was replaced by wrong item. I was promptly hung up.
