"SCAM! I ordered a book on 2/13/11. After waiting 10 days without receiving the book, I called them. Was told it takes 10-14 days. I asked for a tracking number and the man sounded like he got nervous. His English is very hard to understand (Indian). Regardless...no tracking number. After 2 weeks I called and he answered like it was his home phone. Told me he'd have to use another phone to call me "right back". Of course he never called. This place is a total scam. I wish I would have checked them out here before ordering. Good thing I paid with a credit card and will be refunded. "
"Terrible service. DON'T USE THEM- you won't be able to communicate with any live person who speaks english when inevitably your book doesn't arrive or is shipped to the wrong location. I'm not sure whether they actually even sell books - mine never arrived, they claimed it was shipped using an old box to another state, and claimed they had no more in stock! "
"This place is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a book as a birthday gift, and it never showed up. So I wanted to give it for Christmas but it still never got delivered. Every time I called him he assured me it would be here soon. But he could not track it or tell me where it was.6 weeks later, still no book and no refund. Don't trust these guys. Spend a little extra somewhere else so you can actually get your stuff!!"
