"I can tell you that after 3 years of being with esurranty, I have had 1 claim and they were very professional, prompt and overall great. Not only does esurranty.com have great pricing, their staff in the claims department is great. Rick walked me through the claim process and within an hour I was getting my phone repaired by one of their mobile repair partners. The partner came to my office, took my phone for about 30 minutes and brought it back looking like new. As of November 22, 2016- still no phone. Essuranty will go for weeks and not answer phone or return calls. Essuranty collected the insurance premium, and deductible in August, but still no phone.

"Esurranty has been my insurance company for the last year. I have had 2 claims with them and both claims were for a cracked screen. The first time, I sent my phone to them an they fixed it within 2 days and sent it back. They offered to send me alone phone to use while they repaired my phone but I had an old phone so I declined. The second time they had me go to a repair center that sells their insurance to get my phone fixed and they did it within 1 hour. The phone works great and looks just like new. I am going to renew again with esurranty and will keep them as long was they will have me. Their claims department is very straight forward and they don't play games. They get the job done right the first time and then follow up with you a week after your claim is done to make sure everything is okay. I have not ever see a company give service like this. "My iPad dropped out of my bag at school and the front shattered. I was devastated as this is my school iPad. The screen was dead and I was worried that I would be without it for a week for repair. I submitted a claim online and within a few minutes I received an email from the claims rep Sean. He gave me options to repair my decide and one of the was to take it to the Apple Store the same day. I went there, got my iPad replaced and was very happy. I've had Esutranty for 2 years and was thinking of not getting them again this year because I never broke my phone or iPad. Well, I will definitely be renewing my policy again this year because for $99 I got a brand new iPad and am very happy!"
"Rick at esurranty handled my claim very professionally and very quickly. He even offered me a loner iphone to use since there wasn't an apple store anywhere near me. He shipped the phone to me the next day and sent me all the packaging to send him my phone. Esurranty had my phone repaired the next day and overnighted it back to me. I was without my phone for 3 days but had a loaner iPhone that worked great so I didn't miss anything. If you are thinking about getting esurranty, I can tell you that it is the best option. I have had them for 3 years and came from squaretrade who didn't cover loss or theft and never handled my claim fast. Esurranty, covers loss and theft, handles my claims fast and everyone there is very happy when you speak to them. I have recommended them to family and I recommend them to you!"
"Incredibly disappointed with this insurer. My iPhone 6+ was stolen - I have an official police report, a notarized copy of the documents they requested and paid my deductible promptly. It's now been 5 WEEKS since I've filed my claim and I still don't have anything to show for it. My claim was approved and my claims handler assured me that everything had been submitted properly and not to worry. There is no number on their website to call (only a sales line) and once you pay your deductible they will completely stop communicating with you. Please google this company and look at the tons of complaints all over the internet - I wish I had before I bought my policy. Complete nightmare."
"After I dropped my iPhone the screen shatter and since it hit the cement at an angle the case was a bit bit. My parents filed a claim and esurranty emailed them a 1 days shipping label and we sent in the phone. After they got the phone they said it couldn't be repaired so they gave me a brand new phone. They sent it next day deliver and I was back to being happy. This is the second claim that has gone perfect so I would recommend esurranty to everyone. "
"I have had esurranty since 2014 and have never had to use them until last week. My phone fell out of my pocket while getting out of my car and right into a puddle. The screen cracked and it was not working properly at all. I went online, filed a claim and within minutes I received an email from Sean who is in their claims department and he walked me through the steps to get my phone replaced. He sent me a loaner iPhone the next day and I shipped my phone to their repair center. I received an email that they would have to replace my phone because of the water damage getting into the cracked screen so Sean had my replacement sent to me the next day. Since they didn't make my iPhone 5 anymore as a new device, he told me they could upgrade me to a newer model. He offered me the iPhone 6 which I think is too big so he said he could get me the iPhone SE which is just like my 5 but will all the features of the iPhone 6s. I agreed and now have my great new phone. Esurranty paid for all the shipping and within 3 days I had a new phone that is better than my old one and since they sent me a phone to use while the claim was being completed, I was only without a phone for 1 day. Esurranty is the best and I will be renewing again this August and I would recommend them to anyone who asks!"
"My daughter's phone was stolen on Feb 15 & I filed a claim. I promptly heard from the claims department manager providing instructions.
Feb 20: I submitted the necessary paperwork (notarized) to the company.
Feb 25: Still having heard nothing, I contacted the claims manager. He said the underwriters were still reviewing the claim, but he expected approval the next day.
March 4: Still waiting, I contacted the claims manager. I was told my phone would be going out on March 7.
March 15: Still no phone. Sent email to claims manager, but did not receive reply.
March 24: Still no phone, and again no reply to my email or phone call.
March 28: Send message to Esurranty customer service. No reply.
March 30: Contacted sales and threatened to contact my credit card company and BBB. Get an email and call the same day. They ask for a couple more days to investigate. Promise to get me a phone soon and to refund some of my deductible once everything is sorted out.
April 1: Supposedly, they don't have an iPhone 5s in stock, but offer to send the iPhone SE instead. Again, a refund of some of my deductible is mentioned.
April 4: New phone is finally sent.
April 8: Not hearing more about the refund, I contact Esurranty. The managing agent promises to check with underwriters.
April 20: Still no refund. Check back in. April 21 am told that since they upgraded my phone (due to their inventory issues, not my request) no refund would be issued.
Of course, from Feb 15-April 5, my daughter had no phone and I had to pay for a temporary replacement. I've never experienced anything like this when replacing a phone. If I hadn't finally threatened to take action against them, I don't know if I'd have my replacement today. I would never use this company again."
"I want to thank the claims department for taking care of me so quickly. Last Friday I dropped my brand new iPhone 6s Plus on the driveway getting out of the car. I had just bought my policy about a week before so I was worried that they might not cover me. Thankfully esurranty is a company that stands by their word and their live chat rep told me to file a claim. I did and the next thing you know I was getting an email from the claims manager Rick telling me that everything would be fine and they could even set up a repair at an Apple store for me. I told him that I couldn't get to one and then he told me he would send me a loaner phone and all the stuff to send my phone to them and he did. I received an iPhone loaner phone the next afternoon and sent out my phone. I received confirmation that they received it on Monday. Yesterday they sent me an email that they were sending it back to me and that it had been repaired at the apple store by their office. Low and behold, I received it today around noon and it looked brand new. They also included the apple store repair confirmation in the shipment. They also sent a shipping box with a label on it to send back the loaner phone. I tell you that this is a first class company that really goes the extra mile for their customers. I am very thankful that I found them online and I have recommended them to all of my friends. If you are reading this trying to decide, take it form me, this is a great choice. Everything is easy and the claims process was great. "

Started in August 2014 for $49.00 one year, file claim in January 2015, right away got charged for deductible $205.78. Today is June 25, 2015, no phone replacement, no reply on emails, no response on phone calls, chats or any response.

"Unfair contracts. False advertising. Credit card thieves. I bought a policy on one credit card, filed a claim and provided a different card number for the claim. Over many months, without explanation of never providing a replacement phone, they charged each of my cards for the phone deductible, twice! I filed ONE claim. This is 4X the deductible of $189 plus state sales tax, twice. Contrary to advertising, you CANNOT file a claim on line and insurance for loss IS NOT ACTIVE from the date you buy the policy, although their web site says otherwise on both accounts. These are practiced fraudsters and the registered owner has a State of Florida rap sheet 15 pages long including credit card fraud and larceny. We need to stop believing in the unbelievable deal of a cell phone policy that covers lost phones. Learn from my mistake."

I took out a cell phone policy with this company in June 2014. When my screen cracked on my Note 3, I filed a claim and learned that they do not replace phone, but require you to send it in for repairs WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT PHONE!
I did a quick Internet search for complaints on eSURRANTY and found numerous complaints about either long delays for repairs and even people never seeing their phones again.
I canceled the policy, They credited my policy cost, but after waiting a month, never saw the credit for the deductible for the repair that never happened. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company to get the credit.
Several weeks later the company made an unauthorized charge for $285.69 to my Credit Card. eSURRANTY claims that chargeback are against their rules so they charge your card if you make one.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PACK OF THEIVES AT ALL COSTS!"
