"Made one order, tried to pay with my credit card. They made a preliminary withdrawal from the card but needed me to send a picture with my ID and card so I cancelled the order. Got my money back in two days, no problems there. Made another order, paid with paypal, got the stuff delivered from HK all the way to Sweden in 3 days. What I ordered was a new screen for my Nexus 6, used their tutorial videos to replace it and have now a new-looking phone. Surprisingly good parts. Have made another order now and if you don't see any complains then that was as good as this one. Many thanks for saving me time and money."

"I just wanted to do as everybody else did, i.e. order from ETradeSupply, to be sure and get an OmniVision OV4668 rear camera module that solves the HTC one m7 purple tint issue!

After more than 24€ of taxes and DHL charges (on top of the 16.59$ shipping fees paid to ETradeSupply), I have received a 13P1BS401 model, known to be problematic ! It did not have the cross-shape like the original module, which was a good thing, though the 401 ending worried me already!

Guess what? This rear camera is a total disaster, in fact, it is more purple than my cross-shaped original camera! On top of that, it produces blurry pictures and is slow to focus! And they dare claim the cameras are tested before, and S+ graded! I am currently starting a fight with them, but bottom line: do not order from ETradeSupply! There is already another comment on their website's page about the camera being low resolution!

As a side note, I had also ordered a black LCD assembly, along with the rear housing. Meanwhile, somebody also wrote a negative review on the LCD assembly. I had kept my fingers crossed all the same, but the LCD assembly is clearly not OEM grade S+, as they claim. There is a large gap, with visible glue between the frame and the glass of the screen. When the phone is on, one can easily see light leaking out near the home and return keys. Regarding the housing, well, the power button was literally cast onto the cover. Although the piece is stamped 2013, I believe this was a brand new copy, apparently unfinished. I had to open the rear case again and break the power button with a screwdriver.

"I recently ordered and received a replacement iPhone 5 screen from Etradesupply.com. Installation went fine and everything seemed okay that first night, except that the screen did not seem as responsive to touch as my original screen (which had buzzing type horizontal lines running across it). I thought I was just getting used to the new screen and the issue was not such a big deal. The next day, I noticed a certain area of my screen would not respond to touch (I could not type the letters "u", "j" and "n" when I held my phone upright/vertically). Then I started to notice a faint discolored vertical streak running down my phone at precisely the same area where I was having touch sensitivity issues. Today (1.5 days after the installation), the streak has become more noticeable and the deadspot on my screen is getting really annoying--I didn't realize that Facebook mobile requires me to write posts with my phone in vertical position. Very frustrating! Am thinking I'd be better off with my old defective screen.

*Update*: I hope I don't end up jinxing myself or kicking myself in the ****, but today, my screen seems to be working fine. The vertical line and "dead spot" are gone! If things stay the way they are now--I'd be more than happy with my experience with ETradesupply.com. I can't think of what could have happened other than a few days of use that might have changed the condition of the screen. So strange, but I'm happy for it!!!"

"I am a Professional Engineer and own a cell phone repair shop. ETradeSupply.com used to be good, but not anymore. The quality of parts are just terrible. I'd say prior to 2014, they had pretty good quality, with the exception to batteries and accessories which have always been bad quality, but for replacement parts maybe one or two bad parts in 100. Now however, I'm lucky to get one part in 10 that functions, and when it is functional, it has a "used" appearance.

This last occurrence was the last straw for me. I ordered an iPhone6 screen, and the left half of the LCD didn't work. They required me to mail the part back to them, requiring me to reinstall the broken screen on the phone for my customer. Then, it was going to take several days to get a response on the RMA, so I ordered a second screen for my customer and told ETS to just refund me the money and I would order another one. Big mistake. The second one I ordered had a thick black line across the bottom of the LCD. I got a response on my first screen RMA, and they refunded me for the PART ONLY, not the shipping. I 100% disagree with this because they mailed me a BROKEN PART. I feel I should not have to eat the shipping cost. All in all, my customer has a non-functional screen on their phone for $175 (with $60+ worth of shipping charges getting a non-working part installed on my customer's phone.)

The irony is that I am a fairly long standing customer...I'd hate to see how new customers would be treated. I no longer use ETradeSupply.com."

"When looking at these other reviews I hardly understand how there can even be reviews with poor ratings for this company. I've had nothing but great luck with them, their parts are phenomenal. The quality control is great, I rarely have a DOA part. In fact they are the only supplier I've been able to say this about. There isn't another place I've found where you can get an iPhone 5/5C/5S/6/6+ screen that has the proximity sensor bracket placed correctly. That alone proves that if they are paying attention to the small things then the rest falls in line. The customer service is by far the best, I have my own account manager and we talk very frequently. She is always able to get me the best possible price and let me know when parts become available if I ask. Any issue I've ever had has been dealt with immediately, we had a few small issues on our first couple orders but once we've settled in everything has been perfect every time. The selection is the best by far, their Dallas warehouse allows for quick shipment of anything I need. I think I would blame user error for these other reviews, I wouldn't fault the company for most of your problems. Disclosure: I was asked to give this review, I was also offered a discount.
