I received the screen on time and in a really well packaged package that I was able to track through DHL. I found the back of the screen on the silver lining had some scuff marks and minor scratches however everything else (printer serial numbers included) looked legit and clean. There was no double sided adhesive provided, I did email them prior to receiving the package and they were quick to reply saying that if the order has not been shipped they would include it for free.. I was impressed with this but my bad for not checking prior.
Anyway I installed the screen and it all worked perfectly, except I noticed that white colours were somewhat a warm white rather than the cooler white I had on previous screen. I don't know what kind of batch these screens come from however I also compared it to a couple of friends screens and their's are also the cool white colour.

In general I'm happy with eTradeSupply, the screen works and appears legit apart from the warm white colour which I don't mind. I will likely use them again as I've had no problems and all communication with them was quick and satisfactory.

Hmm I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling about eTradesupply, however I decided to take a punt and ordered an OEM LG G3 Digitizer LCD screen today. I read another review that said make sure you get the OEM version otherwise you're wasting your money and time.

I'm hoping there are no issues or hassles but remains to be seen. I will update this review once I receive the order and adjust the star rating as I see fit.

BTW, I also ordered a tempered glass screen protector from eBay for a few dollars, as an extra added prevention against screen vulnerabilities such as the cracked screen on an OEM purchase someone here wrote a review on.
I've dropped the phone from above head height onto concrete in the past and the protector was enough to prevent the screen from cracking ( I couldn't believe it). I failed to order one the last time and dropped it from hip height when it shattered. Now I regret not spending the few extra dollars the second time round."

I ordered a new screen for my nexus4 some months ago, the delivery was quick & well packages, to sum up I was quite happy.
Something like 1 month after, the screen began to have problem and finished completely unusable.
I wanted to send it back to etradesupply, they told me : we give you a 30$ coupon (for a 60$ screen) this way you don't have to send it to us and anyway, they were quite clear : they'll find a way to not giving my money back.
So I accepted, and ordered a piece for another of my device.
For that second piece, the price written on the invoice is 8.25$, the price on the website : 13.45$...
I let a review on their website (a bad one obviously), they never published the review...
Another funny detail, on each package they send, there's a paper telling : if you give us a 5* review, we give you a coupon.

"UPDATE - 1/21/2015 - after notifying the company of this review, two people from their customer support and their finance departments e-mailed me. They legitimately seemed concerned about resolving my issue. I was told that the employee that was working with me was disciplined. They offered to (and immediately did) pay for screws that I needed to purchase on my own. Their English is a little broken, but I feel that their hearts are in the right place. Thank you for making this right!

UPDATE 1/16 - received my nightly response from Etrade responding to my review. It appears that they are not going to post my product review on their website. They asked again for me to send my entire LCD back. I've already figured out what screws I need and since they are so specific, I had to order them.

Here is my review for the OEM Asus Google Nexus 7 Table LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly with Front Housing (Wifi Version) - Silver
I do not believe this is an OEM part. It is a different brand (Chungwa) than the brand of the screen that came with the Nexus 7 (Hydis). There are 15 screws that hold the boards to the front bezel - 2 are black and 13 are silver. With this new Chungwa part, the 13 silver screws no longer work. I have tried to use E-trade's WEA process to get them to send me 13 screws that work, but their English seems very poor and they do not understand the issue. They want high resolution pictures of the problem (I'm not sure how to take a picture of a screw that doesn't fit). After multiple nights of responses from them (the responses are in the night presumably because they are located in Asia), they want the whole screen returned to evaluate the problem. So, now I'm stuck trying to find these screws somewhere else - which I'm struggling with. I suppose I could return the unit and try to get them to refund me, but with their broken English, I fear the worst. I have also noticed that the adhesive between the bezel and the glass is not strong. It separates easily in the corner when stressed. I bought this part since it had the bezel included. When I watch videos on the web of how to replace the real OEM bezel, it is challenging to remove the bezel from it's adhesive - you need heat and it still seems difficult. So, I'm concerned about the adhesive's long term integrity. While this unit was a good price and convenient that it had the bezel included (didn't have to order it separately), if I had to do it again, I would have found a true OEM (Hydis) part from another dealer who does a better job of supporting their products."

1. part marked not new (its easy to select refurb parts i nearly did) very small diff in price
2. shipping info not working (with dhl you need to go into shipping and track by sellers refrence) not express.
3. contact takes time (its not facebook. the other side of the world sleep)

"Worst online company I have dealt with! Three business days after ordering a part for my LG phone I had no shipping confirmation on my order. I began calling the company to get shipping info and spoke with Katina in customer service at the USA office and was told someone would be in touch with me about shipping. No one ever returned my calls. After my 3rd call to the company and still no one responding, I found the reviews on this site. After reading the negative reviews and still no shipping confirmation from ETradesupply, I decided to cancel my order and order the part from another company. I received confirmation from ETradeSupply of my cancellation then, with in a few hours, I was sent an email that my part was being shipped. REALLY? I called my credit card company to inform them of the issue and found the charge from ETradeSupply had been taken off my card. Soon, more emails began coming in from Sookie at the HK office saying my order had been canceled but the part was still being shipped. I checked the tracking number from DHL and found that STILL no shipment had been made - only a label had been printed. They are now charging my credit card for the order even though the order was canceled. THEY ARE CROOKS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT"S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!"

"Ordered a replacement LCD screen/digitizer unit for my Lenovo tablet. Delivered in FIVE DAYS from mainland China via DHL. Shipping charge was reasonable considering how far it came and how fast. Package was VERY well packed and padded. Part was obviously brand new/unused, just as advertised. I know others have posted problems ordering from Etradesupply.com. I, however, didn't have any problems whatsoever. Only bit of confusion was that their website indicated they don't sell directly to end users but they definitely did in my case.
