"5 Star Number 1 phone parts supplier in the market.
I have been working with EtradeSupply for about a year now and order parts from them on a regular basis.
The number one reason I do business with etradesupply is because they go beyond customer service and provide personal attention. My representative, Macy and I know each other on a first name basis. She has not only assisted me in placing my orders but anticipates future needs my business may have and even helps direct me in getting where I need to be to meet my business goals. Whenever I have a question, she gets back to me within an hour or less to let me know that she's on it. Even if she doesn't have a solution right away, she always communicates with me so that I know I have someone on my side.

"They claim to have brand new OEM, but believe me they are definitely not, I work in the industry and they have all clones and copies, I ordered screens and digitizers only to find they have been somewhat tampered with telling me that they have been refurbished. all the videos they have of their QC is fake, its just a quick act for the video. and when you try to place a negative review the Mods quickly stop it, contact you and ask you to work things out."
"This site is amazing. I ordered a new digitizer/LCD for my nexus 4 and they not only had it but for way cheaper than everyonewhere else. Like about half the price. So I ordered and quickly got a shipping notification at the end of the day. Showed up at my house a few days later from China and it worked out flawlessly. Looks and feels exactly the same as before. Doesn't seem cheap either.
The site is quite extensive too. There is just about every major brand and phone/tablets with a ton of parts from each device. I order parts from Amazon all the time but typically this site is cheaper."
"I ordered a galaxy tab 2 10.1 digitizer , the order came in less then 4 days and customer service was well beyond amazing , my parts worked including the 10$ Beats monster head phones I ordered and I was very impressed overall , I will be making future orders for parts via etradesupply from hear on forth . "I ordered a new LCD and digitizer for my Lumia 920 from Etradesupply. Delivery was very quick, especially considering the part came from China. In addition, the packaging was very good, little chance of breakage due to shipping. The fit of the part is excellent, and it seems to function perfectly, including the ultra sensitive touch. (I can still use the phone with gloves on) I have noticed that the Pure Black technology that Nokia uses in their displays must not be carried over in this replacement product. The blacks don't seem quite as deep. It is now comparative to the quality of the display on the iPhone, the old display's blacks looked a little nicer. I need to do a side by side comparison with another Lumia 920 to be sure. However, the replacement display does have better viewing angles to it then the original display had. Others have mentioned having issues with the glass not being as durable, I have yet to subject it to any type of scratching or breaking to test out the durability. From my experience I would recommend Etradesupply.
A side note, I would recommend that you determine what tools you are going to need to do the repair prior to receiving your order. The torx drivers that cell phones require are smaller than the ones you can find at a local hardware store. I found a phone repair kit on eBay that was inexpensive and worked perfectly."
"The package arrived on-time (well packaged and wrapped), no surprises during assembly - the part was right size and fit my AT&T HTC Vivid. The phone is as good as new after the replacement of the shuttered screen. It made total sense to order LCD and digitizer together since replacing digitizer alone requires a complicated glass removal and assembly. Replacing LCD+digitizer assembly was very quick and clean process.
Thanks!"
"The quaility of their products is not up to par with the OEM parts you can get, although the price is the same. The unit I bought was a LCD screen and Digitzier all in one, because of the amoled screen.
Anyway, got the new screen, good fast shipping. Nothing out of the ordinary. I looked at the back of the screen and saw that the lcd that they used was a samsung screen, so that was reassuring. But within one day I found that they must not have used a strong glass for the digitizer, for I already had a scratch on the screen.
While i was replacing my old cracked screen (Which was gorrila glass) my brother took a sharp knife to it and it barely did any damage. Where as having 12 year old worn keys in my pocket scratched the screen.
Not to mention that the new screen is already cracked... already. From a 3 ft. fall, my old screen took much beating (without a case) before the screen cracked. This digitizer took one fall with a case before the screen cracked.
Now all this wouldnt have bothered me this much to write a review, if i hadn't spent 160$ on this.
I contacted customer support and they weren't really any help. I got messages from two different people about the matter. It was like they only read the subject line of my email. They were asking questions like i didn't already say everything in the body of the email. They didnt do much, i was hoping for a new screen, i got 10% off my next order.... which after going to the website i realized everyone had that deal.

"If you are buying a phone part, I hope this review reaches you before you order from this site. ALWAYS check reviews and website credentials before you order from them! Do NOT order from this website.
I broke my Samsung Infuse 4G phone a few weeks ago so I have been desperately searching for a decent-priced new LCD screen. After dealing with another website (and ultimately getting a refund because of some ridiculous reason) I found ETradeSupply.com.
This site is based in China (which I only discovered after I received some e-mails in totally broken English and checked my tracking info). I bought the screen (about $180) and paid $25 for expedited shipping (arrival in 2-4 business days). I got an e-mail the next day (AFTER the item had shipped) explaining that because I also ordered a battery, FedEx would not ship it, so DHL was the shipping carrier of choice. This means that since I received this notice after the shipment, someone just decided I would be fine with overpaying for shipping with some other company. Instead of even offering a refund to cover the shipping cost difference, they sent me a coupon code for $10 off my next purchase. As if I'm going to be using that website ever again."
