"The online process was super easy. I bought the ticket running out the door for a 3.5 hour drive to the venue. Upon arrival, I was unable to pull the ticket up. I thought it would be sent directly to my inbox. OH NO! It was directed thru Ticketmaster and I was unable to open the platform from my phone with marked technical difficulties including that I'm a "bot". I turned off the VPN, changed browsers, etc.... I went to the ticket booth and no one could assist. I was directed to the specific ticket from the Gorge website, although they had no idea how to help. There was an order number, although the ticket had to be transferred, which no one could figure out how to do. Then the concert sold out and I was initially told that I couldn't get another ticket. Finally, someone sold me a ticket. I had arrived early, although because of the ticket debacle, I missed the beginning of the show and had marked difficulty finding a place to sit. I also purchased the insurance, but in reading thru it, unable to pull a ticket up due to tech concerns is not listed to get a refund. Order #43462839"
