"Yesterday my wife and i ordered tickets to the trans siberian orchestra (in grand rapids, michigan in december) but don't have the paperwork here in front of me. I was very careful because we only had one day we could attend. Today I received an email telling me that my tickets were for another state entirely. I am positive I chose Grand Rapids for the venue... So, I called and spoke with a person about the mixup on their end. While the gentleman was polite he told me that my only option was to go on social media and try to resell the tickets once I got them because even though they might have been wrong in sending me tickets for another state, they were not responsible for their screw up and I was basically f**cked if I couldn't resell them myself. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.."
"So I have paid them for my tickets. The money came out of my account. And yet they tell me I cant have my tickets until the day before the event, which is over a week from now! I bought them 8 days ago, and I still dont have my tickets! This seems really weird and scammy. What if something bad happens the day before, like my printer goes on the fritz? I would like to have more time to take care of printing my tickets, than only the very day before the event. Thats why I bought the tickets two weeks ahead. If this is some clever way to prevent me from reselling the tickets I paid good money for last week, shame on them! I paid, they have my money, I should have the tickets they sold me. Do they actually have the tickets they sold me, or are they out running around now trying to find them? What if they fail? Did I pay for nothing in that case, and they got free use of my money for a week or two? Really dont understand this nonsense."

"Buying tickets should not require a 15 mile hike through a repetitive request trail to buy "FREE" trials for ambiguous subscriptions. REALLY???? You already charged $25 service charge and then another $9 delivery fee to send an e-ticket... (REALLLLLY?) And then I get the privilege of repeatedly clicking NO NO NO NO NO NO...
