"First, tickets to any event these days are so horrifically overpriced. I don't expect that John Cleese is getting all the money, either - but anymore, seeing a theatrical production or a rock concert is strictly for those who have money. There's no way a poor person, or even some of the middle class, could afford to see anything live anymore.

Second, it helps to see exactly where the tickets are. I got the section and the row, but not where in the row they are located. This sometimes makes a difference; my friend who will be going with me is tall with extremely long legs, and I have a knee issue and it's nice to be able to straighten out my leg once in awhile. As I recall, the balcony seats are pretty cramped.

Third, service fees and delivery fees should just be included in the price. We select our tickets based on a price, and then at checkout, surprise! They are more. Just include that in the base price and quit tacking on the extra stuff, especially when they apply to all tickets.
