"Since January 15th i buy a smarthphone with them, so far i don't get anything, they respond very fast messages until there any problem, if any, they don't reply.

They are not clear in telling you who do not have any product available though your site they claim that they have available.

If your don't ask for the order, they not will tell you anything, like that they don't have the product in stock, or something like that unless you ask the status of your order with a ticket, if not only you will see the order status: processing in the website.

They say the response time is 24 hours, i put 2 tickets from the day before yesterday and i didn't get any response yet.

I had to open a clarification via Paypal because they no longer answered me and have not returned my money as they were told it would do in a week. I'm very disappointed with them and will not recommend anyone.

I bought and many sites on the Internet for years and had not had any problems until now.

My final advice is:
DON'T BUY IN THIS SITE, YOU ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY IF YOU DO."

"Very very bad experience. Last year I purchased a phone, which is a fake btw, for around 80$ . It took almost 2 months to receive it. The phone is not working so I contacted them back and they told me is a stop production and if I am not happy to turn it back. Since it cost me a fortune to send it back and they dont pay the ship back fee, I requested and the agent agreed to make me a credit and I simply cut my loses. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have been fulled around by different agents that I need to wait another 2-3 business days etc... I never received the credit. I ordered two jackets and selected express delivery which according to the site was supposed to arrive in 7-9 days. * days went by and my order status still said "processing", so i contacted them. 2 days later they responded by saying they did not have the item in stock. "I know only 3 days have passed but first off all in the website info it states that the product ships in 24hours which didnt happen as it is still in processing mode . Then as i wanted to get it quickly i payed extra for expedited shipping which stated that in 3-5 days that product would be here which is not going to happen. So even if i get the product some day i still got robbed on a expedited fee which didnt come true. Im not a mathmatician but (24h=1 day) + 5 days waiting maximum)= 6 days !
But the worst part isint all of this its basically the fact the costumer service decided to go offline yesterday...

Im not saying that this website is fraudulent!!
