I order a cell phone on 19 nov 2013. After 3 weeks, it was not ship yet. I ask for a refund but it was lies in there messages. After a dispute with Paypal, they suddenly send the item.

On arrival, I install an antivirus at first time. AVAST detect a trojan from these chinese item. I can't uninstall this application. It seems to be built-in.

I see the comment from Everbuying..... I already ask for a refund before they ship the cell phone but they continue to lie to me and never refund me.

Today, I found 2 news trojans in two games that they provide.

How can I trust them now.

"I too ordered a cell phone and never rec'd it.I re'cd the untraceable track number. I was told my ordered shipped on 10/9/2013, needless to say I never rec'd my phone. I filed a complaint with Paypal (not much help) currently trying to get my phone. First I was told it was a shipping issue. Then I was told the phone was at my local Post Office. contacted them..no phone. Then I was told for 15 dollars they would ship it to my address, (the way it was to be done the first time). I agreed. Then I was told no, 19 dollars to ship it to my address, I agreed, the no 25 dollars to ship it to my address. I said no. Read your company's previous emails 19 dollars to ship to my door. they agreed. Then they had the nerve to ask me for my transaction number. I told them I have no idea but gave them my order number. They said " now what do we do?" REALLY!..Nevertheless they said how about we refund your 50 dollars. I said no my phone was 70dollars..initally I was told 15 of that 70 dollars was a shipping fee so that would be 55 dollars. Needless to say since October I am without my phone (which I am pretty sure they NEVER shipped) and I am without my money..scam scam scam!!"

"Placed an order on december 27, 2013. It said that processing would take up to 6 business days and it's been more than that now. Sent them an email through their website and was told I'd hear back in 24 hours and once again it's been more than that and I haven't heard back.
