I brought a smartphone which is basically a cheaper version of the galaxy 5 inch tablet phones off everbuying on the 01/10/2013. I paid $102.81 + $1.09 for fast shipping.
It arrived within a week of being shipped out and It is excellent! a small amount of money (compared to big brands)well spent.
the screen size is huge- 5.3" and it came with the latest android OS. there's no lag for either web browsing, using apps or just navigating. I was shocked at the short time it took for it to turn on/off (my last phone took like 20 seconds, this one under 10). it has a really good equalizer for playing music,and the battery lasts 2 days- depending on usage (I would suggest downloading a battery saver app to extend the battery life even further!) if you buy from them be sure to select Fast EXPRESS shipping (not standard!)(4 days from 'shipped' to delivery from china to Australia), excellent touch screen response on the most part - it sometimes doesn't pick up that you've touched it if you touch around the edges.
The camera quality itself is low, meaning when you take a photo at max quality (2MP) the result is not to 'mainstream smartphone 2MP' standard ( If you want clear HD photos then use a Camera and not this phone.)

The customer support is pretty good, takes a full day to get a reply message but they are based in china and probably get a few thousand emails a day. they where very friendly to me and happy to answer any problems."

I have put order with EverBuying.com on November 22.2013.Today is December 1,22013 and still my order is not ship yet despite many contacts with customer service via live-chat and ticket. Tonight I was with one of costumer service on live chat name Betty, she was nice and helpful,she told me that one of the phones I requested can't be shippe with DHL. That wasn't clear from the beginning. So we canceled this phone in hope they will sent the other ones.I selected expedite delivery method and it says 3-5 days to Canada now it is almost 10 days.
I hope someone of the management is reading this to correct this issue.

"Purchased some clothes. Took forever to process my order included 24hrs shipping item and never sent shipping information to me. I have had to check and ask to see what was going on with my order...After several contacts back and forth; finally, I got my shipping information. That person told me my order was sent out on Nov 21; I checked the Dispatches Created on Nov 29. The person told me one item wasn't in stock, I will be refunded for that item, but haven't seen any money credit to my account. It was my first time to shop "here". Don't like it. I am not happy! Oh by the way don't bother to call them their phone number doesn't work. Tried many times ---rang, but no one picked up. I gave them two stars for quick responses from customer services, but the problem is still there: haven't received my order and my money. Can't say it good (good is 3 stars)

"I recently bought a phone from EverBuying.com.
The first time I placed an order, the item I wanted was out of stock. Since the payment had already been processed, a full refund was affected within a few days. I was also given points to compensate for the inconvenience.
The next time the phone was available, I placed an order (11th November). The phone was dispatched on the 16th November and arrived in Malta on the 27th November.

The phone cost me €140 + €3.52 for shipping insurance. I've never been more thrilled with an Item! As a quick overview of the Cubot ONE:

- The phone is of great quality and doesn't feel flimsy.
- The screen is clear and crisp.
- Both cameras are great with a clear picture. The video function is also excellent.

"The android phone I have freezes a lot and has awful battery life. Phone sound quality is poor, it drops calls and takes forever to load pages while browsing the internet. You get what you pay for - cheap phone with cheap quality. They also sent me the wrong power adapter twice.
