The 2nd order from them was a headache and stupid. I ordered and paid for another phone, 4 days later they sent me a message “out-of-stock”. Remember, that phone was listed as “Status: in-stock – shipping in 24 hours”. Had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money refund.

OK, the 3rd order. One week after the 2nd stupid order, just for fun, I chat with them and asked if this phone (the same one on the 2nd order) is “in-stock” or not. Guess what? They told me “Yes, it’s in-stock”. I really like the phone so I ordered that phone again on Dec. 10th. This phone listed as “Status: in-stock – shipping in 24 hours”. I thought they will ship out the phone within 24 hours after the ordered (not arrived in 24 hours and all of their items are free shipping but stupid Rep. Maple is trying to defend herself. She thinks customers are stupid). On Dec. 14th, 4 days later, they sent me an email message that said my phone has been shipped, so shipping out in 4 days in 96 hours, not in 24 hours with the tracking information. Today is Dec. 18th, 8 days after the order, here is the tracking information: “Tracking detail>>NOT FOUND”. I will wait for few more days to see before filing a dispute again with PayPal and my Credit Card.

Lessons learned:
1. Contact the company to make sure the item is “in-stock” or not before ordering. Do not believe what shows on their website.
2. Do not believe “Shipping out in 24 hours”. Free shipping and paid shipping are the same slow shipping so do not waste your money to add shipping fee.
3. Need to pay by PayPal in credit card setup (not PayPal cash or checking account setup). If you do not have PayPal in credit card setup then do not buy from oversea. You will lose your money for sure, and you do not want they have your credit card account number.
4. If you have not receive your item in 3 weeks, file a dispute with PayPal right away because PayPal and credit cards have a 45-day limit dispute policy. If you waited over 45 days, you lose.
5. If you need to return, make sure you mail the return with tracking.
6. Do not exchange the item. Because the exchange item forth and back can take up more than 45 days that credit card protection policy, so you lose too.
7. The item they listed on their website may not be exactly of what we see. I just learned that a phone they listed as OS Android 4.2 is actually Android 2.3. They edited the OS configuration to fool customers. But the customers are smarter than they are.

This is a beautifully designed phone feels nice in your hands not like some cheap kind of phone the screen quality is excellent , the boot time is remarkably quick just a few seconds , the photo and video quality is very good except for sound in the video is very low, when playing through a television the TV volume has to be at its maximum,,, other than that everything is Excellent "
