I think if they were more open and honest there would be far
less problems. I think they may be doing something like drop
shipping where large quantities of merchandise are bought
and then sold to consumers for low prices.
The problem is it takes a long time to get the products and ship them.
If they were slow but trustworthy and honest I think they could do well.
In my case 3 months is just too long to wait for customer service.
I may order some small things to see how they handle those.
Maybe these stores can evolve into something good eventually.

VERY GOOD PURCHASE! Phone works great. Very easy to work with. Very fast with multitask use. A lot of extras like cover, US AC Adapter, extra battery are included. And the price is nothing compared with what you receive.

The flash LED is not as brighter as I expected, but you can work with the digital settings to compensate.

I have the brand phone, and the Guophone I9500L has nothing to be ashamed of. It is one of the best phone I have work with.

"is a good shop I have purchased dozens of items without problems, but this time it was not so.... must be ensure that they have in stock if you do not take too many weeks to arrive but indicate that if there is availability is not the same as stock...
I've talked to multiple people in customer service and no one can tell me the status of my shipment...
practically tell me that the 22 days processing time have been wasted and have no one single product available ...
when other purchases took at most 30-35 days maximum
but my packages have not even been sent yet ...
