Their support center is pretty helpful, you can be help online or by email. Their page still need more option when your looking for something.

The shipment just take the time they promise, in my case is like 3 weeks."

Excellent products and prices, including promotions, coupons and EB point system.
The free shipping is a big advantage to me as I live in Mauritius and usually have to pay huge shipping fees.
Good customer service, polite and helpful. They replied promptly to my enquiries.

Cons:
The shipping is very slow. There was the issue of a national holiday which delayed, but this is understandable, but it's been more than a month.
However it's definitely worth the wait!

Purchased a Feiteng 1.2 Quad Core Mobile phone Large Screen, Super fast I Put the Optus Aussie Sim card into the phone found it straight away. WiFi connected straight away. My Husband has a Samsung S3 and this is better.

Cons:?
Charger is cheap but hey no complaints so far.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
If this phone is still running strong in 6 months I will be back extolling the virtues because at this price why would you pay near 700 AUD for a Samsung S4
