"I bought a dress for my graduation. Unfortunately my graduation was over..i waited for more than 3 months, i never got my product and it was still being processed. Talked to operators some said ‘dont worry will be shipped soon’, others said ‘out of stock but we r getting it this week (then became next week/month...). I trusted them because i wanted that dress. Then finally i talked to two operators one said ‘already shipped’ the other one said ‘sorry we wont restock’. I found this weird because my product was still on processing status and i didnt get any mail about shipping.
I tried to open a case on paypal but unfortunately it was more than 45 days and i cudnt. The next day i found my order for the dress canceled and after one week the company refunded mi my money (had to be after them to get that money back). I had one or two other orders pending too. They canceled them without sending mi a mail. They did so because they got angry as i tried to open up a case (maybe paypal contacted them). I tried to inquire and to my gr8t surprise Everbuying told me that im Blacklisted (lol) and if i decide to buy anything from them i shouldnt use paypal to pay. I waited for over 3months and my money was already theirs, i was like a crazy girl luking for a dress for ma graduation n im stil waiting for my last refund...yet they r ze one who’re angry!!lets not talk abt the rudeness of some of its employees!

"Ordered two items to the value of $240. This was on October 5th, i paid with a CC. Online i was promised delivery to the Uk by the 15th October. This was important as these were for gifts. On the 15th called a number in California and was told that the items ordered were out of stock. Sent several email complaints. Everbuying scam are now saying items were shipped on the 17th October but tracking numbers do not work. Everbuying scam sayes i should be patient and wait another 7-25 days. Very unhappy"
"After some bad experience on highly promoted HK site I decided to give chance to another shop: everbuying.com
The price for a 32 GB relatively new USB 3.0 flash drive was tempting,.. and I was not disappointed. My satisfaction was high enough to write a review, almost a year after the acquisition. I noticed the suitable opportunity at RR to say a word on the shop itself. I bought some small pieces of interest from their offer - always free shipping gives a simple base to decide upon each buy. From app. ten items acquired by them only one was a lesser result. Not to regret but to to think about when deciding to buy. OK, the free shipping means a bit longer shipping time, but never lack of good/suitable packaging. I am still in an active buying relation with them and I can advise to buy with them, you only take a good look on the items description before you put the buy click,... but it is worth to do at every shopping."

"Worst customer service provided. Ordered something online and missing items when asked for missing items. How about the customer pays $2 to get the missing items. When I refused and mentioned the money was paid for the entire product not half. I was told not in stock at this time for two months. F---D customer service and poor products. Then then told me to pay for the shipping for refund. When asked questions why cant they pay for it since it was their mistake. Havent received any proper answer nor a phone call from the manager"

"I ordered two very inexpensive mobile phones from Everybuying.com. The phones were generally nice, but they had a couple of problems. Because of EverBuying.com's willingness to work for a resolution, I would shop with them again.
PROS:
• I received a tracking number within the 3 days stated on their site.
• Tracking of Standard shipping was easy through the EMS site while in China.
• Complete tracking of Standard shipments can also be done via USPS.com.
• The package was well wrapped and included all of the parts stated.
• Customer Service worked with me to find resolutions to issues.
• I was NOT charged for the more expensive, if slower, Standard shipping.
• They offered a discount as compensation for the inconvenience.
• They are replacing the defective screen protector.
• Offered a partial refund for the device the that had a minor functionality issue.
CONS:
• Some pre-purchase questions went unanswered.
• My delivery service was changed from Expedited shipping (3-5 Business days via DHL/FEDEX/UPS) to Standard shipping (5-8 business days via EMS/USPS). This was very inconvenient. In my area DHL, FEDEX and UPS deliver at specific times. USPS does not. It is hard to sign for something when you are not there.
• Inexpensive items shipped directly from factory are not easy or cost-effective to return.
• Their responses were a bit slow (sometimes several days).
• Some answers did not make sense or left more questions.
CONCLUSIONS:
When I got the devices, I understood why some pre-purchase questions were not answered: the product had no product information. For inexpensive items this often is how it is. You get what you pay for. Still, I would have appreciated an acknowledgement of the question.
Shipping issues are another matter. I was told the shipping was changed to avoid additional customs tax. I thought this odd. Customs, VAT, etc. should be accounted for and have a standard handling procedure for a company that advertises, sells and ships internationally.
In the end I found them polite and willing to work for a resolution."
