"I ordered a HDMI cable from them on 8/26 and got it on 9/1. No problem with shipping or product at all. unfortunately the customer care doesn't respond to emails so if you ever get a faulty product, you are on your own. In particular, they offer a coupon if you post a review of their service but they never send the coupon. If you try to contact them, they only have an email address (no phone number) and no one seems to reply to email.

UPDATE: You have got to love resellerratings. Within a few hours of posting my grievance here, I got the coupon code. This site can do what tens of emails and calls to support cannot do. Kudos!"
