"Bought a back up battery for my sony ericsson k850i along with a case and screen protectors. I am very satisfied with the quality of the battery and screen protectors. Battery has a lot of juice and charges quite quickly. Screen protectors are amazing. one for the camera lens and the other for the screen. Great value. But, the case kinda broke now. When it was whole, it prevented scratches and dents from drops. Still, i believe the case had a great value also. for such a small amount compared to other stores, it lasted a long time and kept my baby protected. Now, i am probably just gonna order another one or two, which will still be less than buying a case elsewhere. Great products, prices, and customer service. On a previous order, when they ran out of a product, they immediately notified us and refunded the money for that portion of the order.

"I ordered this cartridge, got an error message upon install, requested tech support and was directed to send back for a replacement. I received the replacement which produced the same error. I requested a refund to include shipping on the second return because I got the same error. I got an email stating a refund would be given for 116.86 which included shipping. THe refund was issued for only 106.50. The company is very elusive, won't answer the phone and does not subscribe by their customer service policy or keep their commitment."

"the billing process for this company is a GD joke! I recently purchased an IDE to SATA hard drive power cable - auction number on ebay listed above. the price was $4 and pocket change with free shipping. I indicated i wanted to pay with paypal, and clicked on the 'pay now' button thinking i would be taken to the paypal website. WRONG. i was taken to their rediculous site where there was an item i did not order, plus a charge for shipping, all of it being sent to an old address i haven't lived at for over a year! No place to make changes or take off the shipping or errant item (to be fair, i had placed an order with them well over a year ago, and paid for it, and received it - but i certainly didn't need another). remembering the trouble i had a year ago (with their billing), i sent them an email asking them to send me an invoice directly from paypal for the correct amount OR to correct their stupid checkout system and i would pay it. i get an email back saying something about 'we do not include insurance with or orders' - and i never said ANYTHING about insurance to begin with! I replied they obviously had not read my complaint or looked at the invoice they sent me, so i once more asked them to either bill me directly through paypal, or adjust their billing system - or cancel my order completely. what do you bet they try to report me to ebay for being a 'non-paying biddr'? no way they get a DIME until they give me the right bill."

"Purchased a HOLDER MOUNT FOR SAMSUNG SPH-M800 INSTINCT. It broke at the suction cup assembly. Poor design & manufacturing. I bought it 66 days ago. They only guarantee their cheap Chinese products for 30 days. As a web developer, I think it is about time to create a website dedicated to Everydaysource poor quality products.

After telling them that I am a web developer & will be creating a website about them, posting my review on sites that they monitor, and emailing eBay, Everydaysource sent me a replacement."

"This may be a FRAUDULENT company like another buyer noted. I purchased a battery on 11-3-07 through the eforcity ebay store, under the store name "everydaysource". The following names are all used by eforcity; Everydaysource, Accstation, coolera and itrimming to name a few.

I paid IMMEDIATELY via PayPal and received an email stating that the battery had been shipped via DHL. They in turn transferred it to USPS and then the tracking ENDS on 11-7-07.

I sent several emails and each time I received the same generic response indicating that it had been shipped and that I should receive it in 7-15 business days. Today is 11-27-07 and still no battery. I have now opened a formal DISPUTE through PayPal.

I also tried several times to reach a customer service rep through a phone number I found only via a Google search, but I only get an answering machine. I left a message with my return call number but of course they never call back.

I have read numerous complaints from other buyers, and all have the same or similar situation.

"They are using a type of scam that I haven't seen before and I have been ebaying for more than a few years. I purchased an item and in the listing on ebay it said no insurance offered. I could pay with paypal after checking out through their scam site. All I could see on my screen, without paging down, was the shipping charge and the price of the item. When I got through with their invoice site I clicked through to paypal where I noticed an added charge of two dollars for insurance. I went back to the scam site and tried to remove the charge and could not. I tried to pay through paypal direct and was informed that I could not. I had to use their invoice system. I contacted them (everyday source) twice and endured the maze of ebay "customer service" to no avail. I knew that they were, way overcharging for shipping for the battery but I was willing to go along because the battery was only 51 cents. However, I do believe 2 bucks insurance is quite a bit steep. Okay their customer service really stinks. But, after 2 weeks or so I did get a form email that removed the bogus insurance charge. So I completed the order and I got the battery and it was fine. If you deal with them be very very careful."
