"Shopping on Ebay for cellphone accessories for my new cellphone, I bought a set of usb/travel charger cables from EVERYDAYSOURCE. I got my new cellphone (LG VX8300) and the cables from EVERYDAYSOURCE did not fit the phone. I emailed customer service, received back a form message asking for additional information. The additional information had been included in my original email, so I was unsure what information they were wanting from me. Thinking it could have just been a mistake on the original order I ordered another set of cables from EVERYDAYSOURCE. I received the second set of cables and they also did not fit my new cellphone (LG VX8300). In looking and comparing both sets of cables now, neither set were the same and neither set fit my phone. Once again I wrote to EVERYDAYSOURCE customer service, I received the same form letter response for additional information. Customer service for EVERYDAYSOURCE is a ZERO. "
"Its funny how you order stuff from companies and then check resellerratings.com for reviews, only to find out every time that you're about to get ripped off. Surprisingly, my order went through nicely and fast enough. I ordered on Jan 7th. The package left on Jan 9th, and I received my package about 1 week later with USPS. Don't depend on this company to give you a valid USPS tracking number. I did email them and they got back to be within a day. I would shop with them again."
"This is a FRAUDULENT company. I purchased two batteries through the eforcity ebay store, under the store name "everydaysource". The following names are all used by eforcity; Everydaysource, Accstation, coolera and itrimming to name a few.
2 days after making my payment I received an email stating that the batteries had been returned to the manufacturer because of a defect. They claimed the package would be shipped in 4 to 7 days.
8 days later, no package or tracking number.
I sent an email, threatening to open a dispute with ebay, paypal and buysafe if I did not receive a refund or a valid tracking number by August 12th.
I was immediately sent a response with a "tracking number" for the USPS. Under close inspection of the "track & Confirm" website for the USPS, I found out that all eforcity did was create an electronic tracking number. They never physically shipped the package!
I emailed again, this time being more specific, telling them that the package must be en-route to my address or a refund, or I will continue with the dispute process.
I was once again sent an email claiming that the item was shipped. When I looked up the tracking number I noticed they simply added the word "enroute" to the electronic label!
Here is the tracking number they supplied: 420440779102105280940305107119 Go to www.usps.com to see what I mean.
Notice all information listed in bold with asterisks. This is information supplied by the shipper, not the USPS.
I have tried numerous times to reach a customer service rep, but I only get an answering machine.
I have submitted a dispute with buysafe, but eforcity continues to claim they shipped the package, and paypal takes up to 30 days to finish the investigation.
I have read numerous complaints from other buyers, and all have the same or similar situation.
Eforcity (everydaysource, accstation, coolera, itriming) will sell an item and take the payment. They will then issue a false tracking number or excuses until it is too late to take action through ebay, paypal or buysafe.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
If you already purchased an item from this company, be sure the package is physically in the hands of the USPS. Do not trust the track and confirm website. No package sent through the USPS will take longer than 5 days to arrive. If you do not receive your package, begin a dispute through ebay, paypal and buysafe immediately!

"This company should be avoided. Purchased a data cable and paid same day. Item was not received. Contacted company and they provided tracking number for another persons order. They also provided this invalid tracking information to paypal. This tracking information references another zip code for the delivery. Paypal will not refund money (they must feel that any tracking number is sufficient), everydaysource will not refund money (they finally admitted they do not have the product and they should get some in over the next couple months). I think they have the whole scam figured out and hope to make money on persons not following up on these small transactions. Through their ebay storefront they will continuously try to remind people to leave positive feedback prior to ever receiving item or prior to their shipping it for that matter. Do not deal with this company or eforcecity for that matter they are one in the same."
