"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"What a pleasure it was to interact with people who understand good old fashioned customer service with a standard of excellence, with no excuses.
When my order appeared stuck at one location with FedEx, I called Everything Kitchens and was able to speak with someone right away. I explained my concern, and the associate immediately called FedEx and informed me that FedEx opened a case and she would follow up with me as information became available. She asked me to let her know if my package arrived in the meantime.
The following day I checked the tracking and the delay was notated and the package was back in transit and I received it that same day. I called and let Kitchens know I received it so they could close the case. Once again was able to speak with someone within seconds of placing the call. A different person answered and was every bit as delightful and efficient as the first person I spoke with. I will make a point of giving them my business whenever possible. "

When you are choosing your shipping methods on our website, there is a note at the top that advises you that the order will require a signature before you start your checkout. On Jan 10, 2023, you emailed us about the signature being required and one of our Customer Heroes advised you of our policy and when signatures are required. For any packages that are worth $500 or more, we require a signature for the safety of your package. Since your package has a high value to it, we do this to prevent any possibility of your package being stolen off of your front porch after being delivered. If you are unable to be at your house to sign for the package, you can contact FedEx to create a call tag. That way, you can sign and pick up your package at your earliest convenience.
