"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"We purchased Proline KitchenAid Mixer to use for some special fruitcakes that my wife was planning for Christmas gifts that we have previously done in small batches but needed a larger mixer to accomplish the projected amount. We spent extra on the mixer compared to other sites because the delivery was in line with what we needed to do the gifts.
On the first day of tracking the order it slipped one day to the 24th which meant we needed to complete everything on Christmas Eve. We then got news the order was delayed in Wyoming and now we don't have any idea when we will get it. Obviously, the gift idea had to change at the last minute and we had to modify our plans. I believe we will be sending the mixer back, since we can save money by buying directly from KitchenAid for the same mixer that also has extra beaters. "

"Ordering was very easy and priced right. Shipped quickly and was delivered fast because I only live 100 miles from Everything Kitchens warehouse. The bowls were well packed and good thing, items were shipped FedEx and the box was almost destroyed. I have to praise Everything Kitchens for how it was packed, nothing was broken. "
