"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"I was supposed to have my husband's Christmas present delivered on 12/22. It changed to 12/23. Now it is after 12/27. I used the Everything Kitchen site to track my order, and they didn't update it for days. Now the holiday has ended, he has no gift, and I have no idea when it's coming. I may try to find it locally and get a refund at this point.
UPDATE- I did recieve my order! Woohoo! I do wish that they were more communicative about the delays. I did get emails about other sales and products, but nothing about the pending one. I also recieved an email asking how was my product and to leave a review before I had the package, which was frustrating. I know the site isn't responsible for the shipping, but better dialogue would have helped."

"According to their so called “Customer Hero” manager, they are in charge of how your purchases are delivered. As a single person who works full time they would not wave their requirements to demand a signature for delivery of your bought and paid for goods. I even explained in as professionally as I could the hardships that would cause and I had no problem just having FedEx leave the package on my doorstep.
But according to the “Customer Hero” they would not do that and to make matters worse, FedEx had a problem with one of the packages being delayed and was going to be delivered on another day even though they shipped out at the same time.
The “Customer Hero’s response to my frustration was that apparently I may not be “suited” as a customer for their products! Simply astounding arrogance and indifference."

To ensure that your package is delivered safely and without the possibility of the package being stolen, we require a signature for all items that cost $500+. The cost of your package was over $1,000 so we placed a signature required on this so there isn't a possibility of it being stolen. Our Customer Hero advised you of your options and explained that if you won't have a way to have someone sign for your package, you can create a Call Tag with FedEx to have them hold your package for you so you can sign for it and pick it up at your earliest convenience. As of Dec 28, 2022, it looks like you were able to sign for your package and it has been delivered. If you have any further questions, you may reach us directly at 866-854-4268. Thank you.”
