"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"I was excited to find the products that I wanted, I ordered and paid for them. I was a bit disappointed that the order was not fulfilled correctly (2 items vs 2 paks of 6 items) however when I called customer service, my concerns were listened to and my account was accessed, I was then told I needed to email my concerns and send photos of the missing order vs getting the issues resolved over the phone. 1) how can I photo graph the missing products, 2) if my account has been accessed then why was it not correctly immediately and the missing items sent? This experience was a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.
I ordered (2) pack/6 pieces product: My order was delivered with (2) pieces of a product, not the (2) packs w/ 6 pieces. I called customer service immediately, the rep listened, looked up my order and then I was told to email pictures vs correcting the order while on the phone.
Since emailing the information requested to the email address provided: I have not gotten a reply from customer service nor any word on the status of my missing items.
Possible Lessons Learned and Corrective action:
1) Rep could have asked for the shipping label details and entered it into the order when he looked up the order, no need for customer to send photos and correspond via email.
2) if Rep can't help the customer on the phone, then don't provide a customer service number , just provide an email address for any issues or feedback.
3) The feeling that "I'm here for you, but won't help" is not good business practice.
