"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"I am receiving a survey on an order that has NOT arrived yet. So it is not a good experience! I ordered when we were having good weather (Nov. 27th). It said 1-3 day shipping, and I am now on Day 9 and just called (because I saw this survey)and told that I should have it tomorrow. Roads are awful here now and under a winter storm watch, so I am hoping to find the package in the snow or that it is not froze to my porch. I find glass items do not get delivered as carefully in frigid weather, so I crossing my fingers. Bradley was nice on the phone, but I did not feel any better about it. I found my tracking number after the call and it has been to 6 different delivery facilities and that is a bad sign with glass items. I had not ordered from here in awhile and I am not sure it was a good decision. "
