"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"After I figured out how to navigate my return, everything went smoothly. BUT I don't think the Returns Page was clear. There was way too much information. Each idea could have been a bullet point that once selected offered all of the information that was otherwise just spread out on the page making it difficult to sift through. However once I figured out how to start my return everything was easy and smooth."

The Fat Daddio’s jelly roll pan is not a true 10 x 15 inch pan….. I used it for petit fours and the dimension is just under 15 inches and it did mess up my petit four count. The pan is great, but I was disappointed in the size. I know this seems like a small thing, but I just wanted to let you know.
