"On 12/21, I bought a virtual gift card to send to a friend, and I asked for it to be delivered on 12/24. My friend never received it (it's 12/26 as I write this). I double-checked to make sure I had the correct email, and I did. I asked my friend to keep checking (and to look in her spam and promo folders), and so far, she still hasn't received anything. I emailed Everything Kitchens to let them know and to ask if they could send her the card asap. So far, I haven't received a response. I'm hoping they'll rectify the situation soon, as I want to support a small woman-owned business, but it's been frustrating not knowing why something as simple as a virtual gift card couldn't be sent the way it was supposed to."

"I ordered 2 items and spent $81.26 with free shipping included. The items were due to arrive no later than December 20 but never arrived. I called customer service and was told that Amazon shipping was the delivery service. She checked the records and informed me that before delivery the items were returned. I asked, why and she said there was no reason recorded. At that time she said when my items made it back to the warehouse they would be reshipped. So I asked, I will not be receiving them before Christmas? Her reply was no.
I feel like this shipping process is very disorganized. I realize Christmas is a busy time with many purchases taking place but I wish someone was more proactive in the company to see this problem arise before it did."
