"Extremely happy with the high quality customer service in all departments I worked with. However I'm not going to give 5 stars because of a major issue I have with evike. The problem is how I have to spend $150 just to get free shipping and if it's anything less, I have to pay $30 to ship small items which is unheard of and massively overpriced. I can buy almost all my airsoft goods from Amazon and get free shipping that's faster unless the specific item I'm looking for isn't on Amazon. To me, that's just a huge gotcha from the company to charge that much (at a minimum) just for shipping that's relatively slow. With $30 more in my pocket I could be buying gas for my car and some groceries I need which are 2 other majorly overpriced things right now. To conclude, I was trying not to spend too much money but I was forced to spend over my budget. Not cool "

"The gun and sight were delivered and performed as expected. The mag was an entirely different story. It doesn't not fit in the mag well. No amount of slamming it in there was going to fix that. I emailed the support team to confirm I ordered and recieved the correct part. It took about 2 weeks to get to an answer of "mail it back for a refund". I will be avoiding evike in the future."
