After placing the order, my order went to back order status. Naturally it didn't arrive in time. I'm in the process of returning it now since I ordered an ultra micro switch from mouser to fix my old one and my repair held up through the tournament, so I guess it's good."
"I purchased 6 patches from Evike. My payment method, PayPal, did not have the same listed address as the one on my order and somehow that caused an error that sent my products to an outdated address. The delivery took quite a while, and when it showed as having arrived at my mailbox I checked only to find an empty box. Not knowing it went thr wrong place I asumed that my first delivery was lost and petitioned for a replacement. The customer service associate did not confirm my address when I called to resolve the problem, so, the second order also got sent to the wrong place. This time I caught the mistake on my order details within 24 hours, however when I contacted them again they told me they could not change that and created a 3rd order. I waited weeks from my original order date (partly because DHL shipping is soooooo slow) to get the patches and when they arrived I was not pleased with the quality of some as compared to others. Now I am hoping I can find a quick way to exchange some of them, but I am hesitent to even try. The customer service was nice to talk to and I appreciate them going the extra effort to make sure I recieved what I paid for, hence 2 stars, but everything else was subpar in my opinion."

I went online to order a gun for my son he wanted a very specific airsoft rival and I did not know anything about them so after looking online I decided to call the customer service line and get understanding and some help from the gentleman good answer he was very knowledgeable he told me what I needed to look for and what he thought would be helpful to what my son described he wanted as this is a Christmas present it has not yet been opened by my son so I can only state that the 20 minutes the gentleman was helping me on the phone I would order from them again hands-down ."

"First the forearm grip on the Thompson all wood gun I received didn't match the other wood so I exchanged it. Now the wood on the forearm grip and the trigger grip don't match the **** stock wood. The wood is ok but again the pieces don't match. It's a different wood grain and even a different wood stain. I am not going to exchange it again because I think the same thing will happen. Great gun but I think for $400.00 all the wood should match. All in all a good company and great customer service! Thank you
