"I ordered some organic material workout wear and was excited I could get everything at the same site. I just wish that instead of sorting by company/brand name there was the option to sort by fabric. I hadn’t even heard of the brand names that I ordered and it would have been easier to find them if I could have searched for “organic workout clothes” instead.

I had to email and call multiple times ultimately to learn that the top I wanted was out of stock and not being replenished. Multiple customer service folks tried to convince me to select a different top and kind of didn't listen to me when I told them I really only wanted the top I had originally selected. Eventually I had to firmly request that my order be cancelled and I be refunded "

"I ordered pants for my granddaughter as a Christmas present (she was visiting from Nashville). When I received them, it was not the item I had ordered, so I contacted customer service to advise them about this error. Without going into a long explanation, they informed me the reason I had not received the item I had ordered. Since there is a location issue between me and my granddaughter, the representative offered me a refund which I agreed to. I received my refund shortly thereafter. All of this was done very professionally, and I certainly appreciated such a quick response.
