Nearly a week later they emailed again saying the shorts were out of stock and asking me to order something else instead. Then why did they send a shipping confirm?? Anyhow, I ordered a new item and again they sent a shipping notice with a tracking number. A week later the tracking number they sent me was for something that USPS website shows was delivered to a different zip code, clearly not to the address I gave them. I have now emailed them multiple times asking them to either refund my credit card or send me the item to my actual address. Every time they either say it's up to me to somehow find the item they lost, or for me to wait while they "investigate". Or they just ignore my requests. Unbelievable con artists."

Two weeks ago I talked to a support feature online and his only response was that I had to keep waiting. . . That as a company you have no control over foreign shipments and that i should keep checking with my local mail service or postal service.
First of all I would not be complaining if I had not discarded all these options and nobody knows anything about my products. I consider it a lack of respect and irresponsibility that the only answer I get from your online costumer service is: to keep waiting and that you can´t do anything once the product leaves its warehouses.
I paid EVOLVE FITWEAR, not a mailing company, postal office or USPS, etc. Therefore it is with this company that must give me a solution and answer about the products I bought over 1 month and a half ago.
I hope this problem is resolved as soon as possible and we do not have to reach legal terms due to non-compliance and delivery that I have been affected by.
I have been writing non stop, calling . . . on there costumer service mail they tell you: we will responde with in 24hrs, another lie.
Still have no answer, not even a: we are working on it.
