"The ordering was efficient and so was the efficiency of receiving my refund. However (and that's a big however) I loathe the refund process. You should have a return bag with postage paid inside the shipment as well as a return form so all I have to do is check the boxes, seal the bag and drop it off at the post office/postal store. It's super annoying having to go to website, print out form, find an envelope to fit return AND have to pay the postage on something I don't want. No other online store I use do this (like Nordstrom, Revolve, Net-a-porter) . It makes me look for a vendor who has the same items but better return service before I use yours. "
