"My experience leading up to my purchase with Evolve was fantastic but the lack of follow-through regarding my issues and feedback was atrocious. I had purchased something that, upon receiving, I was totally dissatisfied with (the quality of the textile and print was definetly not worth the price). I attempted contacting the company several times over the course of a month with no success (however when I contacted them regarding placing an order I would receive a response within 2 days). This forced me to contact the manufacturer/company that made the item and they attempted to contact Evolve to reach out to me and had no success. At least the company that made the product continued to aid me with any questions or concerns regarding the product and did everything in their best ability to make it right. In light of all of this, I am not sure that I will purchase from Evolve ever again. Super disappointed in their customer service."
