I thought that the package had been missing, but it was still at my post office, they just did not notify me. I wouldn't have known if the Evolve customer service hadn't gotten in touch and helped me find my package! The shipping only took about a week and a half, it just took about 3-4 weeks for me to receive it. I'm very happy to have my order now."

It looks like we didn't receive any other correspondences from you until last night. If we missed an email in there can you please write our support department to let us know which email we missed? It looks like your package has been at your local post office since May 29th.
I'm sorry if they failed to notify you. Please let us know if you find this not to be the case so we can look into this further.
