"Beware! I do not recommend using this retailer. Horrible customer service. The items I ordered were delivered USPS and stolen from front porch along with 2 other packages from Amazon. I filed a claim with USPS and filed a police report. I notified Evolve immediately and they kept telling me they would follow up with USPS and call me back. I called them numerous times and each time they said they would call me back. I think they were hoping I would give up. Finally, after more than 1 month, they told me they will not resend the merchandise or refund money, even though the package was insured. The Amazon package was reshipped and we had it within 1 week of being stolen. I'm not sure why their policies are different from Amazon's. I will be passing my experience on to others in my Yoga community and beyond."
