"Expansys has been one of the worst online retailers I have ever done business with. I ordered a phone, SIM card, and wireless plan card from them and paid through PayPal. Because I was getting shipping to my work address, they demanded that I submit documentation to verify my identity and employer. This is an understandable precaution, but paying through PayPal one would think to be secure enough.
Then I he hear nothing for 2 days. When I called, they say that my verification has been approved, but now they are waiting to ship because they don't keep the wireless plan cards in stock. I asked why I did not receive any notification of this, and was told that it is not their policy to send notifications other than the order confirmation, and that this stocking issue should have been stated on the website and in the confirmation message. No, it was not stated when I placed my order on the site, nor in the order confirmation. They said it would take up to 5 days to wait for the plan card to ship my entire order, or that I would have to pay an extra $5 to ship the phone and SIM card immediately. I had to cancel the order for the wireless card and buy it somewhere else just to get my phone shipped out that day because this is after going over a week without a phone). The customer service I received was unpleasant, arrogant, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction or regard for doing business in a way that customer readily knows what is going on.
THEN, WHEN MY PHONE ARRIVES, THE BOX WAS NOT SEALED AND THE MICRO SD CARD WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO COME PRE-INSTALLED IN THE PHONE IS MISSING. I highly doubt the ethics of this company. Since I intend to upgrade to maximum storage capacity anyway, I did not call to complain because they have proven to me that they do not care to do good business, and I am done dealing with them. The only good thing they did was request this review, because I was interested in sharing how dissatisfied I am with their company."

"Good site, shipped next day. Sent by First class even though i paid extra for priority mail. The tracking number had some problems and showed my package delivered to another place but the customer service did not respond inspite of emailing every address i could find on their site. Their customer care was much better before, i remember a person named Matthew who would answer each question i asked. Its the complete opposite of that now. I did get the package eventually but with no help or response from expansys."
