"Aside from having to send an email to find out when the product would be available to be shipped (I expected the product to be in store and ready to ship since it said available when i ordered it) everything else was on point...fast and efficient delivery. Tracking feature really only shows when it was shipped not much else, but then my package arrived incredibly quick. I trust this company and would order from them again, this was an international order as well."

"This is my first experience with Expansys and it will surely be my last. I ordered my item from them because it was $7 cheaper than on Amazon. I do have a Prime account with Amazon, but since both locations offered free shipping I figured I could wait a little longer and save the $7. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.
First of all when I received the email stating my order had shipped, they didn't include any tracking info. I thought it was strange that they offered you a link in the email to "track your order" which took you to a page that simply said "shipped". They offered no estimated arrival date or anything. I'm pretty patient, so I waited a week before getting concerned.
Finally a week an a half later I emailed customer service requesting tracking info for my package. The reply came promptly, which is good, but the person who replied didn't really bother to look into my situation very well. He simply provided me with the tracking link and said "the tracking info says you will receive it today." I looked at the link myself, and found that it had been in my city nearly a week ago with a status of "undeliverable as addressed", and was now on it's way back to Expansys. The estimated delivery date was today because once you pass the original arrival date, the tracking page will always say the current date.
Now I am in the situation of having to wait another week for it to be sent back to me. Expansys should include package tracking info in the first place with all orders. I could have more closely monitored it and possibly called the post office when the original delivery failed and stopped it from being sent back. But as a customer I should not have to mess with that anyway.
If I had just paid the extra $7 to order it from Amazon I would have had it within two days. $7 was definitely not worth the trouble.
Edit: I'm adding back two stars because the customer service rep did get back to me and offered me free 2-day shipping. It was nice to get my item ASAP after the mistake, but still took too long overall. I still probably won't be ordering from them in the future.

It was also very easy to use as they provided clear step by step instructions and alternatives to redeem the code. "I ordered several parrot AR.Drone 2.0 items. One of which was a battery. When the items arrived I discovered that the battery would not fit in the charger. I then discovered I was sent a battery for a previous model ar drone. I called and left a voice mail alerting customer service of the mixup and asked if they would return my call so we could discuss possible remedies. To date I have not received a return call. Today I called again and was told that Expansys would not make any adjustments. They would only place an order for the correct battery but not take the wrong one back. Fine, I won't be doing business with Expansys again. Too bad too, I needed some more batteries and other items for my drone. I certainly can't recommend any one use Expansys for any purchase with a return policy like they have.

I am writing because I am a very dissatisfied customer of Expansy-USA,I don't know what planet the other reviewers are from but I do know that if i can rate Expansys IT WILL BE 1/4(QUARTER) star for the horrible and misleading information about their product and services of which will also be reported to Better Business Bureau.
I placed my order on 8/6/2012 for a total of $57.64 for the MicroUSB car charger,Micro SDHC which stated IN STOCK and premium headset which stated ships in 5days.I sent an email after 5days inquiring about the status of my order,until this every moment I NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL.
I called over three times on separate occassions and the c/s rep i spoke with as of lastweek told me that i should be getting my order "HOPEFUL BY THE END OF LAST WEEK" it was a LIE.
I called again on the 8/20/12 demanding to know the status or cancelling my order,the c/s rep placed me on hold could not give my any information and when he finally came back on the line,told me to speak to the lady that handles the shipping ofcourse all i got was a voice mail to which i left a message.
I am checked my order this morning and it states part of my order has shipped FINALLY on 8/20/12 after 14days SOOOOO SAD.I was trying to save a buck but with the horrendous experience i don't think it was worth it,I WILL NEVER PATRONISE THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.I am hoping i get all my order this week or else I will cancel my order and put a stop to my payment.ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to run a company in such a disdain manner.NEVER WILL I LET ANYONE I KNOW ORDER FROM EXPANSY-usa."
