"I ordered a new Lumia 620 phone in black on a Saturday evening, it shipped on Monday and I received it by Friday. No shipping charges. I received a new-in box phone with charger and cable. Since the phone hasn't been released for the US market yet, they sent me a British phone which I expected with a charging adapter meant for a British outlet. They kindly sent a UK to US plug adapter so I was up and running quickly. Would definitely order from them again."
